In short

If you change your mind, you can get a full refund within 14 days of payment. No questions, no admin fee.

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current term. There is no pro-rated refund.

When you activate a shvil.io publishing subscription, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of payment. During those 14 days you can request a full refund by emailing [email protected] — we'll process it within a few business days.

After the 14 days have passed, your subscription runs to the end of the paid term. We do not offer pro-rated refunds mid-term.

If your subscription runs for 2 years under the launch offer, the 14-day cooling-off period applies to the initial payment. Renewals at the standard 300 ILS + VAT / year rate have their own 14-day cooling-off from the date of that renewal payment.

What happens if you're removed from shvil.io

If we remove your profile for a breach of our terms (misleading content, safety issues, or other serious concerns), the subscription is forfeit. This is described in the [Terms of Service](/en/terms).
