We're not a big tour operator with buses and hotel blocks. We don't sell fixed itineraries or push you into a package.
We're not an open directory either. Every guide on shvil.io is a licensed professional, reviewed before they go public.

A licensed Israeli guide has completed formal training with the Ministry of Tourism — history, geography, religions, culture, safety, and guiding practice — and passed the exams. They're required by law to carry insurance and keep their CPR certification current.
This is a legal status, not a certificate you print at home. And it's what makes the difference between a trip that skims the surface and one that stays with you.

We read every message, may reach out to the guide for their side, and we'll follow up with you. Complaints are handled privately — we don't publish them as public reviews.
